MCA Denver is seeking an enthusiastic and detailed-oriented individual to join our programs team. Ideal candidates will delight in coordinating the many complex details of programs and productions, beginning in the planning stages, and continuing through the post-event wrap-ups. This role is responsible for interfacing with the internal teams and artistic talent to bring weekly productions to life, including contracting speakers, managing ticketing platforms, ordering supplies, and managing program evaluation. This role helps to make sure MCA Denver programs are world-class experiences, both for the artists and presenters we showcase, and the audiences who attend our events and programs.

MCA Denver is seeking an organized, passionate individual to be a part of our Food & Beverage team.  Ideal candidates find joy in ensuring a delightful and singular experience for visitors and event hosts on the rooftop of the downtown museum and at the Holiday Theater on Denver’s Northside.   This role is responsible for the excellent execution of daily food and beverage operations, public and private hosted events at both locations.  Working collaboratively with event hosts, internal programming staff, food & beverage staff, visitor services staff and external vendors the Shift Leader & Event Captain ensures proper advance preparation and smooth day-of operations.  On-site evening and weekend hours are required, so a flexible schedule is necessary.
MCA Denver is looking for a dynamic curatorial voice to produce innovative contemporary art exhibitions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has prior experience organizing art exhibitions, enjoys communicating with donors and the public, and is passionate about collaborating with a small but mighty team on an exhibition program grounded in excellence, inclusion, and adventurousness. The Associate Curator at MCA prioritizes the pursuit of equity and thinks expansively about how art can make an impact within our Colorado community and on the national scene. This person is responsible for organizing exhibitions, providing support to the curatorial team, producing publications, and collaborating with other departments on the development of public programs, marketing content, and support towards fundraising efforts.
MCA Denver seeks a dynamic, relationship-driven executive to serve as the next Director of Development and Membership. This individual must excel at building a holistic fund- and friend-raising strategy to accomplish the institution’s goals; leading and mentoring a motivated team; implementing efficient and effective operational processes and procedures based on industry best practices; and partnering closely with senior leadership to support the Mark G. Falcone Director’s vision. Strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for the arts and for the mission of MCA Denver. Candidates must be self-aware and emotionally intelligent, able to build and steward relationships with the donor community of Denver as well as structure a membership program that will serve as a pipeline into higher levels of support.

Our Visitor Services Staff are service-minded individuals that assist museum-goers as they navigate the gallery spaces, communicate museum policies, and offer interpretive assistance for the exhibitions to ensure that visitors have an enjoyable experience.

MCA Denver is looking for experienced and creative art handlers to help the museum in the execution of our exhibition installation and deinstallation periods. The ideal candidate is skilled at following best practices in art handling, and has strong problem-solving skills, an ability to think proactively and holistically installation needs, a deep dedication to the care of artworks, and a collegial and professional demeanor. The seasonal preparators at MCA enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and find inspiration in helping artists' dreams come true.
