FAQs
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Street parking is limited. The garage directly across 15th Street is $5 after 4pm. The museum is walking distance from Union Station and the 16th Street Free Mall Ride. Please don't drive if you plan on drinking.
What if I'm really really thirsty before the event?
We have happy hour up in the cafe from 5–7PM. We recommend you grab a drink before the talk begins, and you're welcome to bring it down to the Whole Room for the talk.
Can I check out the galleries after the talk?
Unfortunately, the galleries will close at 7PM when the talk begins. We recommend checking out the galleries beforehand, but you can also bring your Art Talk ticket back for free admission to the museum within a month after the talk.
