Summer Opening Celebration of Clark Richert
Join MCA Denver for the summer opening celebration of Clark Richert in hyperspace & The Nth Dimension
OPENING CELEBRATION 5-11 PM
ALL AGES, 21+ TO DRINK
Celebrate one of Colorado's favorite artists at your favorite museum. Join us to kick off summer at MCA Denver with the opening of Clark Richert in hyperspace. The major retrospective exhibition takes stock of the Drop City co-founder's career, which spans more than half a century.
We hate to play favorites but this summer opening celebration might be the best one we've ever hosted. We'll have the usual party favors, rooftop DJs, pop-up food vendors from Zeppelin Station, geodesic domes, and duh, surprises.

Come to the end of the night, the old adage takes effect, "You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here." And because it's summer and the party must go on, we hooked up with Big Trouble over at Zeppelin Station to host an Opening After Party. So once you get your fill of art, music, and shenanigans at the museum, take a Lyft over to Zeppelin Station, use code MCA19 (in the Promos section of your Lyft app) to get 20% off your ride, and party on until the bar closes at 2 AM. DJ Hayley Helmericks will be playing our rooftop from 5–7:30 PM and then she'll be over at Big Trouble 9–11 PM.
MCA Denver exhibitions are sponsored in part by the Director's Vision Society. MCA Denver also thanks to the citizens of the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District. Additionally, the museum is grateful to the Elizabeth Firestone Graham Foundation for its support of the exhibition catalogue. Special thanks to From the Hip Photo, Ratio Beerworks, Molly's Spirits, Truffle Cheese Shop, and Zeppelin Station.
