Stationary Sundays: Exercise for the Indoorsy

Does going on a long 14,000-mile hike sound like the pits? If so, we have just the thing. Forget the outdoors and come get your spin on in the museum for Stationary Sundays: Exercise for the Indoorsy. Rather than bears and poison oak, surround yourself with art, loud music, and imaginary hills as you sweat your butt off in the great indoors.

Join us before-hours Sundays in July for a spin bike class in the galleries, led by Jasmine Anderson of Rhythm Revolution.

You'll need a pair of shoes. The bikes are compatible with either SPD cleats or tennis shoes. Feel free to bring a refillable water bottle. Towels will be provided.

Can I see the exhibitons after the event?

Yes! The museum will open at 10am, when the event is over. You're also welcome to bring your Solitary Sunday ticket back for free admission to the museum within a month!

Rhythm Revolution is a Denver based cycling, yoga and strength training studio rooted in music and exercise. Rhythm Revolution offers studio classes that will take place starting this fall at their new location in Denver's first wellness collective, Nurture, in LoHi, a teacher training program for fitness professionals, and their traveling fitness classes called The Road Show. These road show classes revolve around music from live DJs and take place in unexpected places, from breweries to night clubs to art museums.
