MCA Denver Dinner Society is back and tastier than ever (if that's even possible). Sunday May 5, 2019, celebrity chef, Hosea Rosenberg of Santo and Blackbelly will grace our cafe as he serves a Georgia O'Keeffe-inspired four-course dinner with Suerte Tequila and Gem & Bolt Mezcal drinks to accompany dinner. Known for his twist on modern Northern New Mexican fare, Rosenberg will bring to life a culinary experience that is sure to leave you inspired and deliciously full.  

Rosenberg achieved national culinary fame as the winner of Season 5 of Bravo TV's Top Chef in 2009. To date, he has received numerous accolades such as: Best Chef of Denver International Wine Festival, Guest Chef at the James Beard House in NYC, and he was recently recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a business owner inspiring the entrepreneurial spirit of the nation. Rosenberg's menus always highlight seasonal ingredients and utilize responsibly-raised animals, with flavor being paramount. 

If you are new to Dinner Society, this pop-up rooftop dinner event will combine culinary artistry with visual arts to create a truly intimate, and, dare we say, magical, experience.

Upon arrival at MCA Denver, you will be greeted with a specialty welcome drink and amuse-bouche to set the mood for the night ahead. Next, you will receive an exclusive tour of the museum, gaining insight into the works on view. From there, you will be seated in our café and our guest chef will prepare a four-course meal and walk you through each course of his creation.

Upon departure, expect to leave full (both in the stomach and heart) and with a take-home snack.

$125 per seat. Seats are very limited. Tickets include an amuse-bouche, welcome drink, four-course dinner with cocktail pairings, and a take-home snack. A vegetarian option will be available, but unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate other dietary restrictions.
