B-Side Music Fridays is a music series that focuses on presenting the best emerging Colorado bands. This year we are excited to have a spring session featuring one night with Bellhoss & Midwife in a more intimate setting in our Rooftop Cafe & Bar.

About the musicians:

Bellhoss sits in a purgatory between folk and DIY punk, writing sad songs for herself and for people who keep secrets. bellhoss specializes in puppy birthday parties (alongside run-of-the-mill sad dog birthday clowns) and government acronyms.

Midwife is Madeline Johnston. Known for her minimal ambient work as Sister Grotto, Midwife finds Johnston creating powerful anthems of dislocation and loss under the weight of reverb buried power chords and swelling choruses.
