How do you select the items in your shop?
We look for local makers and small business owners who contribute goods to the world and good-ness in their communities. We embrace the weird, the art, and the originality in material objects. Inclusivity, diversity, art, and community are our core values within the MCA Shop and we look for brands that support these goals.
I’d like to buy more than 10 of your exhibition catalogues to carry in my bookshop, what do I do?
For bulk orders of 10 books or more, please contact shop@mcadenver.org to request a custom shipping quote.
I’m interested in being a shop vendor, who can I reach out to for more information?
If you are a local maker, artist, vendor, or creator, and would like to be sold in the MCA Denver Shop, please fill out this VENDOR SUBMISSION FORM and we may be in touch!

Do MCA members really get 10% off?
Yes! We send out a discount code to our members when they sign up for membership (so check that email). If you are having a hard time tracking that down, call us at 303−298−7554.

Public parking is available in the parking garage at 1900 16th St.
Shipping & Returns
Policy:
Shop MCA Denver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace or grandparent’s place.
Delivery:
Expect standard 3 – 7 business days for US shipments. Shipments may be delayed due to weather.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please expect standard 10 – 15 business days. Shipments may be delayed due to weather.
Can I pick-up my purchased items in-store?
You sure can! Select ‘Pick-Up’ at checkout. An email will be sent once the order is ready. With closures during our quarterly exhibition installations, expect an email from us giving you a window of time to schedule your pickup!
We will hold your pick-up orders at the museum for up to 6 months.
If you change your mind or can no longer pick up, reach out to us at shop@mcadenver.org. We can send a separate invoice for shipping!
What’s your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, and/or unworn condition along with all packaging.
Please email shop@mcadenver.org within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a refund.
What’s your price adjustment policy?
To receive a price adjustment for full-priced items that went on sale within 7 days, please contact shop@mcadenver.org
To obtain a price adjustment on an in-store purchase, simply take your receipt back to the store within the 7‑day window.
