Philanthropic Memberships: Contemporary Circles

The Contemporary Circles at MCA Denver gathers together friends of the Museum who enjoy the company and conversation of other art enthusiasts. These Circles give members a chance to discuss contemporary art in our time, provide exclusive access to artists' studios, private art collections, and invitations to conversations with curators and special guests, fun get-togethers and social events, national and international curator-led tours and so much more. What's extra special about this opportunity is that 70% of your membership dues goes directly to supporting MCA Denver's mission in real ways.

MCA Young-ish Circle

As an MCA Young-ish Circle Member, you will be connected with other young leaders of the city and get access to a selection of one-of-a-kind art experiences and fun quarterly happy hours (virtual for now, but in-person in the future). This group will have exclusive access to conversations with artists, studio visits, or a private collection tour, all the while expanding your network and having direct impact about what you care about as your membership will directly impact MCA Denver’s mission in real ways.

• Available for people ages 18-35
• Five (5) free tickets to the museum every visit
• Four (4) Happy Hours annually (virtual this year) 
• One (1) invitation to an exclusive virtual experience that could include a conversation with an artist, a virtual studio visit, and a private collection tour
• 20% Discount in the MCA Store and Cafe
• Reciprocal admission to art museums throughout North America (NARM AND ModCo)
• Access to MCA’s monthly, online newsletter
• Recognition on MCA’s website & in our Annual Report publication

MCA Fellow Circle

As an MCA Fellow Circle member, you will take your love of contemporary art and MCA Denver to a new level by engaging in the dialogue of our time to understand more about the place of art in our city. You will be invited to exclusive virtual events with artists, curators, and thought leaders, tailored travel experiences, and an exclusive curator-led museum tour for you and your closest friends. You will be making new friends and learning about cool art, while making a real impact at the museum. What’s extra special is that a portion of your membership goes directly to impacting MCA Denver’s mission.

• Each year, invitation for two to four (4), exclusive, virtual experiences that could include a conversation with an artist, a virtual studio visit, curator-led tour of the museum with rooftop cocktail event, and a private collection tour
• Access to private, curated, fee-based trips
• Recognition on MCA Denver’s Donor wall, website & Annual Report publication

MCA Advocate Circle

As an MCA Advocate Circle member, you can take a deep dive into the contemporary art world with an engaging group of art enthusiasts, talented curators, and renowned artists. You'll have access to a selection of bespoke art experiences, including private museum tours, curated travel, and connections that will spark conversation, delight, and wonder. Invite some of your closest friends to a private, curator-led tour of the museum and join us at the Director’s Dinner each year to celebrate contemporary art and MCA Denver! An added bonus is that a portion of your membership directly impacts MCA Denver’s mission in real ways.
