To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar (11AM, $5 adults, $3 kids)

To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar” (1995, 109 minutes), directed by Beebean Kidron, stars Wesley Snipes, Patrick Swayze, and John Leguizamo as three New York City drag queens who embark on a cross-country road trip in an old Cadillac. Their journey takes a detour when their car breaks down in a small, conservative town in the middle of America. While stranded, the trio influences the town’s residents, broadening their horizons and challenging their preconceptions about gender and acceptance.

Some Like It Hot (2PM, $5 adults, $3 kids)

Some Like It Hot” (1959, 121 minutes), directed by Billy Wilder, is a classic blend of comedy, romance, and mistaken identities. Set in the 1920s, it follows two musicians, Joe and Jerry, played by Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon, who witness a mob hit and disguise themselves as women to escape the mobsters. They join an all-female band, where they meet Sugar Kane, portrayed by Marilyn Monroe, a charming ukulele player. As they navigate the challenges of maintaining their disguises, hilarity ensues, especially when Joe adopts the persona of a wealthy oil tycoon to woo Sugar.
