MCA Denver is excited to welcome you to our very first virtual opening celebrating our new exhibition: Nari Ward: We the People. In classic MCA opening style, we've got a stacked evening: we'll be slinging drinks with comedian Janae Burris, we'll get a tour of the exhibition from MCA Director Nora Burnett Abrams, we'll talk with Gary Carrion-Murayari, Kraus Family Curator at the New Museum and one of the curators of Nari Ward: We the People, and of course, hear from Nari himself about his work and practice, all hosted by local artist Michael Gadlin and POV alum Andy Guevara.

And it wouldn't be an MCA celebration without some tunes, so DJ Bella Scratch will host a live afterparty dance party so you can dance it out.
