Dinner Society is back and kicking off its spring/summer run. Saturday, April 28, 2018, Chef Tharon Weighill of Colt & Gray will join forces with Ratio Beerworks for an evening of eating and drinking awesomeness.
This pop-up rooftop dinner event will combine culinary artistry with visual arts to create a truly intimate, dare we say magical, experience.
On arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome drink and amuse-bouche to set the mood for the night ahead. Next, you will receive an exclusive tour of the museum, gaining insight into the works on view. From there, you will be seated in our café and our guest chef will prepare a 4-course meal with beer pairings.
You will be surrounded by soft light, soft music, delicious food, meaningful conversation, and delicious beer. While this is a sophisticated gathering, please feel no shame as you scrape up every last crumb and savor the meal to the fullest.
Upon departure, expect to leave full (both in the stomach and heart) and with a take-home snack.
$125 per seat. Seats are very limited. Dinner will be served with beer pairings, an amuse-bouche, and welcome drink, with a take-home snack, included. A vegetarian option will be available (no fish or meat), but we are unable to accommodate other dietary restrictions due to the pop-up nature of the program.
