MCA Dinner Society - Bamboo Sushi Bamboo Sushi
Dinner Society is back and tastier than ever (if that's even possible). Saturday, January 13, 2018, Chefs Blayne Ochoa and Jared Black of Bamboo Sushi will grace our cafe as they serve an Omakase Dinner. Known for their use of high-quality sustainable ingredients, you can expect culinary innovation that's sure to inspire.
This pop-up rooftop dinner event will combine culinary artistry with visual arts to create a truly intimate, dare we say magical, experience.
On arrival, you will be greeted with a specialty welcome drink and amuse-bouche to set the mood for the night ahead. Next, you will receive an exclusive tour of the museum, gaining insight into the works on view. From there, you will be seated in our café and our guest chefs will prepare a 5-course meal and walk you through each course of their creation.
You will be surrounded by soft light, soft music, delicious food, meaningful conversation, and sake. While this is a sophisticated gathering, please feel no shame as you scrape up every last crumb and savor the meal to the fullest.
Upon departure, expect to leave full (both in the stomach and heart) and with a take-home dessert.
$125 per seat. Seats are very limited. Dinner will be served with sake, an amuse-bouche, and welcome drink, with a take-home dessert included. A vegetarian option will be available (no fish or meat), but we are not able to accommodate other dietary restrictions.
