ART FITNESS TRAINING 

Art Fitness Training is a participatory workshop designed to teach all audiences how to look at and appreciate any work of art. With an emphasis on close observation and easy to grasp principles, this workshop is designed to give all audiences the ability to appreciate even the most difficult contemporary art.

Learn the basics of Art Fitness Training at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver every month February through June.
